I am a Licensed Texas Real Estate Broker.  Less than 20% of all real estate agents qualify for a broker’s license.  It takes many years of experience, educational hours and testing to obtain this advanced real estate license.  It’s my proof to you that you are hiring the best and most experienced person to sell your house/help you purchase a home.

I have some other real estate designations, too.  The one most relevant to a home buyer or seller is my “CNE” designation.  “CNE” stands for Certified Negotiation Expert.  I won’t give away your negotiating position like most agents do.  I have a proven track record of helping sellers sell for at least 6% above the average sales price for a comparable home, and I have a track record of helping buyers get at least 8% off the price of the home they purchase.  I would be happy to help you save money on your real estate transaction, too.
